SHIPPING SERVICES FOR AUSTRALIA

*Excludes Darwin and WA which have longer estimated delivery times, we advise to select and purchase Express Shipping upon checkout to avoid delays/disappointment. 

SHIPPING SERVICES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately candles currently DO NOT ship internationally. If international orders are placed we will contact you to issue a refund. 

Due to COVID19 restrictions there are expected flight delays and cancellations. Customers will be provided with a tracking number so please be patient and allow extra time to receive your order. 

PROCESSING TIME

All pieces are handmade and made to order. For jewellery lease allow 10 business days for us to process your order. For candles please allow 15 business days for use to process your order or as stated in the item description. Additional delays may incur during busy periods, sale and promotion times. 

We cannot guarantee that you will receive your order within the expected time frame, these are estimated delivery guides provided by the courier. Once the package has been processed by the courier we cannot be held responsible for delays, missing or stolen packages sent by couriers. Please directly contact couriers if any delivery issues arise.  

 

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

Duties and taxes are not included on all international orders. The charges will be the responsibility of the customer and if refused, a small fee will be incurred.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not offer shipping to the following locations due to postal restrictions – Afghanistan, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, North Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of, Pakistan, Russia and Syria.
