We recommend that Candy Girl jewellery is worn with care and can be cleaned with warm mild soapy water.

 

WHAT IS CANDY GIRL JEWELLERY MADE OF?

At the moment we offer Stainless Steel hardware and are working towards using other materials. If you would like to request other materials of  hardware please email candygirlenquires@gmail.com with the subject custom order. 

Stainless Steel is moisture resistant and will not tarnish. 

The seed beads are made of glass with some products containing a mixture of materials including freshwater pearls, shells etc. 

Branded tags are made from zinc alloy.

CAN I WEAR CANDY GIRL JEWELLERY IN WATER?

Candy girl is not recommended to be worn in water although we use tarnish and water resistant hardware. The seed beads have been tested in salt and chlorinated water and have not shown signs of tarnish, however exposing your jewellery to these conditions are at your own risk.

I started Candy Girl jewelry to make jewelry that would coordinate with my outfits or to add a fun pop of colour to layer with my gold jewelry. Feel free to send us inspiration pictures so we can help you find accessories to match your vibe. 

 

IS WEAR AND TEAR COVERED UNDER FAULTS?

At candy girl we aim to deliver quality products. We have tested and trialed our jewellery and endeavour for jewellery to have a long lasting wear lifetime as well believe in sustainable consumerism.  The string used to thread beads is what we and those within the beading community consider the finest thread. As well as the beads, we carefully pick uniformly sized, shaped and sturdy beads. Despite this, we are constantly working to improve and your feedback is welcome, however, we do not cover for wear and tear and do not consider this as a fault.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. 

All items are handcrafted with some products containing naturally sourced beads, such as the freshwater pearls therefore items may differ slightly.

 

We aim to deliver quality products as well as providing accurate descriptions and images of our products, if you are however unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us via  candygirlenquiries@gmail.com.

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at candygirlenquiries@gmail.com with a supporting description of the fault and imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Candy Girl. Faulty items must be unworn with tags and original packaging.
