The first and most important policy is that we do not tolerate abuse. If there are any issues please email candygirlenquiries@gmail.com and we will communicate to work towards a resolution. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Any accounts that display abuse towards Candy Girl staff will be automatically banned.  

RETURNS POLICY

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. 

All items are handcrafted with some products containing naturally sourced beads, such as the freshwater pearls, therefore items may differ slightly.

 

We aim to deliver quality products, as well as providing accurate descriptions and images of our products, if you are however unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us via  candygirlenquiries@gmail.com.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item please email us at candygirlenquiries@gmail.com within 30 days and include a supporting description of the fault and imagery so we can determine the next course of action. All items will be assessed upon the return and deemed faulty by Candy Girl. Faulty items must be unworn with tags and original packaging. 

 

IS WEAR AND TEAR COVERED UNDER FAULTS?

At candy girl we aim to deliver quality products. We have tested and trialed our jewellery and endeavour for jewellery to have a long lasting wear lifetime as well believe in sustainable consumerism.  The string used to thread beads is what we and those within the beading community consider the finest thread. As well as the beads, we carefully pick uniformly sized, shaped and sturdy beads. Despite this, we are constantly working to improve and your feedback is welcome, however, we do not cover for wear and tear and do not consider this as a fault.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
